Sew Fun!
I have been in my study most of the afternoon trying to figure out this site. My son just came in and told me that he wanted me off of the computer because I have not given him the attention that he feels he needs. :) Being a stay-at-home mom I guess I need to get busy and take care of my kids. :)

Quilting at 40?
YES! I love it! If you would have told me a year ago that I would've been quilting...I would have never guessed it. This is only 1 square of the Crazy Compass Quilt that I am participating in at Nimble Thimble. You can find the Crazy Compass pattern on the right hand side of my blog.
Christmas in July?
I participated in an "Art to Heart" class and we made these tea towels for gifts at Christmas. This was sooo much fun!

This tea towel came all the way from Canton. Laura bought it for a friend for her birthday. The monogram makes it personal!
Sewing With Christie
I knew who Christie was because she is a Stampin Up! consultant and because her kids/my kids attend Grace Community. So, when I saw her at Nimble Thimble we became fast friends. Christie made this tea towel "Give A Hoot!" as one of her first creations at Art to Heart. I was extremely jealous because she did an awesome job! I've completed several little projects and hers still looked better than mine! :) Because Christie has helped me on so many projects, I monogrammed her towel for her. Loved it!
Emma's Pillowcase
I wanted Emma to have something monogrammed since I monogrammed Anna's bag. Bayli and Blake picked out the fabric for her pillowcase. They wanted to capture the theme of soccer along with a fun and whimsical pattern.
